KC Real Estate was established by it's namesake, Karen Constantine, in 1998. 

In October 2010, Karen retired and her sister-in-law and Licensed Real Estate agent, Michelle Sutton became the new proprietor of KC Real Estate. 

With over 8 years experience in both sales and property management, Michelle has an intimate knowledge of local real estate and is excited with the future of the Real Estate Industry on the Central Coast.
